Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If Spelling Bees isn't right for your child for any reason, you may request a full refund of the £24.99 within 7 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase of digital content. Because Spelling Bees gives you access straight away, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want immediate access and understand that this ends the 14-day cancellation right once access begins.

Our 7-day money-back guarantee above is offered in addition to that, and nothing in this policy affects your other rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, for example if the App is faulty or not as described.

After 7 days from the date of purchase we are unable to offer a refund, as the full word bank and practice content will have been accessed. The 7-day window gives you ample opportunity to try the daily practice and weekly test and make sure the App is right for your child.

To request a refund, email us at hello@answerthequestion.co.uk from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Refund request" in the subject line.

Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
